We aim to support a local private initiative to mentor single mothers or women who lost their husbands and have difficulties to care for their families. Basicalle they get mentoring through farming because some of them have land but need education about how to utilize it to earn living.
Through farming it could be managed to yield enough crops which was sold in November 2017. This money will be used for school fees for one of the children in this family in 2018.

A second small project out of private local support basis was funding the construction of a small house, buying 15 hens and creating some income to support a mother of 12 children. None of them goes to school yet.

We hope to report more about this in the future and we hope for your help.
